As our sales leader, Nick is extremely passionate about driving business growth and success. His forward-thinking approach embraces new technology and his growth plan is heavily driven by continuous, metric-driven review and process improvement. Nick is a strong believer in adopting technology, and part of his focus at Oak is the implementation of cloud-based CRM software and analytics data to effectively track, measure and lower lead acquisition cost, whilst increasing ROI. He ensures his team are enthusiastic and motivated to succeed and believes strongly in personal accountability, team empowerment, and recognition for high performance.
Nick’s final role before joining Oak Capital was State Strategic Partnerships Manager for PLAN Australia, where he led and managed the relationships with PLAN’s largest and most complex and diverse broking businesses in Victoria, winning a number of awards during his time with the well-known and respected Aggregator.
Having experience and proven capability across residential and commercial lending, third-party distribution and broker aggregation services, as well as key account management and retail banking has afforded Nick a unique lens and skill set in market and he is a welcome addition to the Oak Capital team.
